Join us for a FREE day of health screenings, wellness activities, family fun & community resources at the Scotlandville Health Fair! Scotlandville Community Health & Wellness Fair The Scotlandville Community Health & Wellness Fair, presented by Butterfly Kisses Initiative, is a free, interactive community experience designed to make health and wellness informative, engaging, and accessible for the entire family. This isn’t your typical health fair! Attendees will have the opportunity to check in, get moving, get connected, and take an active role in their health through hands-on activities, screenings, conversations, and community resources. Throughout the event, guests can explore: • ❤️ Know Your Numbers Zone – Blood pressure, blood glucose/A1C education or screening, healthy-weight education, and wellness consultations. • 🥗 Healthy Living Challenge – Fun activities focused on nutrition, hydration, heart health, sugar awareness, and healthier everyday choices. • 🧠 Mind & Body Zone – Conversations surrounding stress, anxiety, grief, self-care, caregiver stress, relationships, and mental wellness. • 🎤 Community Health Conversations – Real conversations with health and wellness professionals about topics that matter to our community. • 💃🏾 Move With Us! – Interactive physical activities that encourage everyone to get up, move, and have fun. • 🤝🏾 Community Resources – Connect with organizations providing healthcare, family services, food assistance, mental health resources, financial wellness support, and other valuable services. • 👨🏾‍👩🏾‍👧🏾 Family Wellness Corner – Kid-friendly activities including healthy eating, handwashing, dental health, coloring, and movement activities. • 📘 Wellness Passport Challenge – Visit participating stations, complete activities, collect stamps, and explore everything the fair has to offer. • 💜 Community Wellness Wall – Complete the statement “My Health Matters Because…” and share what inspires you to prioritize your health.
