An Evening of Sound and Stillness at Coffee Corral - Farmingdale

Join Gemini Rose Yoga and Wellness at Coffee Corral in Farmingdale on Sunday, November 22, from 6–7:30 PM for an evening of sound, stillness Join Gemini Rose Yoga and Wellness at Coffee Corral in Farmingdale on Sunday, November 22, from 6–7:30 PM for an evening of sound, stillness, and a little time for yourself. We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle in, followed by the sounds of crystal singing bowls and soft chimes. You can lie down on your mat or stay seated in your chair—whatever feels most comfortable. There are no movements to follow and nothing you need to get “right.” You’re welcome to close your eyes or keep them open, adjust your position, and simply listen. Everyone experiences sound differently. You might feel relaxed, notice thoughts or emotions coming up, or just enjoy a quiet pause in your week. No yoga or meditation experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat or a comfortable chair, blankets, a pillow, and anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported. Wear comfortable layers and arrive a few minutes early so you have time to get settled. Attendees will also receive 10% off a beverage purchase at Coffee Corral.
