Fly.Release.Land- A Grief & Grow Event

Join us in person to heal, grow, and find peace together at Fly.Release.Land – your grief support spot. Fly.Release.Land - A Grief & Grow Movement Series Grief lives in the body as much as the mind. This is a gentle, restorative aerial yoga class made for women moving through loss and no experience is needed. What to expect- You'll be supported by soft hammocks hanging from the ceiling while you stretch, breathe and let go. The class blends yoga, stretching and breathwork, and is designed for all levels.
