Float Sound Bath- Teen & Tongue Drum Special

Mom & Teen date night! Gentle yoga, tongue drum vibrations, crystal bowls & Palo Santo—an earthy sound journey inspired by Pocahontas. Float Sound Bath + Tongue Drum Special An Earthy, Nature-Inspired Sound Journey Saturday, November 14, 2026 | 6:00–7:30 PM ✨ A special evening designed for moms, teens, and the beautiful connection between them. Put the phones away, step away from the everyday noise, and spend 90 minutes together floating, breathing, moving, listening, and reconnecting. Inspired by the natural-world themes associated with Pocahontas, this immersive experience takes you on a journey through the elements—Earth, Wind, Rain, Storm, Water, and Sky. The evening begins with gentle yoga and mindful breathwork, allowing everyone to slow down and settle into their bodies. Then, climb onto your supportive floating raft and let the water hold you while the tongue drum takes center stage. Don't have a teenager to share this event with? That's ok, we still welcome you! You can expect... 🥁 Tongue Drum 🔮 Crystal Singing Bowls 🌊 Ocean Drum 🌧️ Rainstick 🌩️ Thunder Drum 🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation Throughout the experience, the room will be filled with the warm, earthy aroma of Palo Santo, adding another sensory layer to the journey. 🌿 Every attendee receives a Palo Santo stick to take home. 🌎 THE ELEMENTAL JOURNEY EARTH — Ground and connect WIND — Breathe and feel free RAIN — Cleanse and release STORM — Feel your strength WATER — Surrender and flow SKY — Open and listen This isn't about being perfect at yoga or knowing anything about sound healing.
