Each person will make their own Burrata Next we are pulling mozzarella curd for slicing. *Then, transform one of the mozzarella into a beautiful Pinwheel layered with Prosciutto di Parma, sweet figs, and fragrant fresh basil for a stunning, flavor-packed centerpiece. This class is perfect for beginners and cheese lovers alike, this class combines hands-on technique, simple ingredients, and gourmet flair—so you can impress at your next gathering.
