Release & Receive | A Full Moon Women's Healing Circle

An afternoon for women to gather together to release, rest, and restore through restorative yoga, meditation, journaling, and sound healing. As October's Hunter's Moon rises full in Taurus, with the Sun in Scorpio, Irena Moore of Moore Healing & Empowerment LLC and Jennifer Hopkins of Coastal Counseling & Healing Center invite you to gather with other women for an evening of release, rest, and restoration. This Taurus full moon invites us to release what Scorpio has been asking us to surrender, while grounding fully back into the body that Taurus calls home. It's a fitting backdrop for a night built around exactly that arc: letting go, then receiving. This two-hour circle is designed to guide your nervous system through that full arc, from release to receive, using trauma-informed, body-based practices: • Arrival & Tea — Settle in with warm herbal tea as we welcome you into the space. • Restorative Yoga — Supported, slow-paced poses to help your body release tension and drop into rest. • Breathwork — Guided breath practices to shift your nervous system and open the way forward. • Written Release Ritual — A quiet moment to write what you're ready to release, followed by a symbolic tearing away. • Sound Healing — Immersive sound to help you receive, integrate, and restore. • Closing & Journal Prompt — A guided prompt to reflect on what you're ready to receive, plus a gift bag to take the practice home with you. • No experience with yoga, breathwork, or sound healing is required.
