Breathe & Balance Join us in a sanctuary for stillness, relaxation, and presence. This 60-minute group experience is a grounding blend of breathwork, Reiki, and restorative yoga designed to leave you feeling lighter, grounded, and restored. Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply need a moment of deep relaxation, Breathe & Balance is the space for you. Led by Reiki Master Jamison Brown, this experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in a calming, supportive environment. Through intentional breathing, gentle restorative poses, guided relaxation, and Reiki, you'll have the opportunity to release tension, quiet the mind, and create space for rest and renewal. No prior experience with Reiki, yoga, or meditation is necessary. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself permission to pause.
