A guided tasting of 4 single-origin pairings Kenyan specialty coffee with bean-to-bar chocolate from Uganda, Peru, and the Dominican Rep. Coffee Plus 254 and Sotto Chocolate are hosting a chocolate and coffee pairing event in Cambridge, MA on November 14, 2026. In a 90-minute guided tasting we will offer four single-origin Kenyan coffees paired with bean-to-bar chocolate from Uganda, Peru, and the Dominican Republic. What you leave with: • A taste a flight of Coffee Plus 254 coffees paired with Sotto Chocolates. We selected the pairings to highlight the coffees and chocolate characteristics • An understanding of coffee and chocolate origin, production, and the work of the people who bring both to us • A vocabulary for tasting chocolate and coffee that you can test on a surprise coffee and chocolate of the group's choosing • A take-home gift of Sotto Chocolate and Plus 254 coffees Limited to 10 guests.
