Ordering & Cancellation Policy Orders must be placed by Sunday, November 22, 2026. Refund requests must be submitted before the applicable Eventbrite refund cutoff. Orders are nonrefundable after that deadline. All orders must be collected Wednesday, November 25, between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. This would help avoid confusion and last-minute questions.
