Align with the Autumn Equinox and the exact moment of the Full Moon in Aries through a full day of practice, including a Rebirthing, guided meditations, and an integrative six-gong sound bath. The day includes a farm-to-table Ayurvedic lunch prepared for the season, and time to wander private hiking trails and sacred sites for quiet reflection. You'll be held by a conscious community throughout, with an optional 40-day home meditation practice afterward to help seal in what you experience. Allow the cosmic vibrations to release emotional blocks, open energetic channels and rebalance the nervous system as you relax deeply. No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong. This is a sober event.
