Glamoure Performance Academy: Dramatic

Big music deserves big movement! Learn how to turn choreography into a performance that demands attention. Knowing the steps is one thing. Making those steps mean something is another. In Dramatic Choreography, we’ll explore how performers use movement, musicality, pauses, poses, levels, and facial expressions to create choreography that tells a story and grabs an audience. You don’t need to be a professional dancer—or even particularly coordinated! We’ll focus on accessible techniques for making movement look intentional, powerful, and dramatic. Come ready to move, play with your performance persona, and discover how a little theatricality can turn ordinary choreography into something unforgettable. All of our classes are intended for people 18 years of age and older. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot now!
