Hertz Boulder Dinner

Join the Hertz community in Boulder for an evening of dinner, reconnecting, and conversation about hands-on learning in science and engineering. Whether you’re a familiar face or new to the area, we’d love to see you there. We’re also excited to welcome Eric Bogatin, a Boulder-area member of the Hertz community who has recently reconnected with us. Eric received Hertz support as an undergraduate at MIT from 1972 to 1976 and is one of the undergraduate scholars the Foundation has been welcoming back into the fold. Eric now teaches the senior design capstone lab and graduate courses in signal integrity on the ECEE faculty at CU Boulder. He’ll give a short talk on his approach to experiential learning and some of the ambitious projects his student teams have built, from a grandfather clock locked to an atomic clock frequency standard to a laser communication link to a drone.
