Pause & Restore with Marci Lary

Prepare for the holiday season with grounding practices, sound meditation, gentle movement, breathwork, reflection, & intentional connection The holiday season can be beautiful, but it can also bring a lot of activity and stress. Before the season fully begins, give yourself two hours to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll prepare our minds and bodies for the weeks ahead through grounding practices, sound bowl meditation, gentle movement and breath, reflection and intentional connection. This is an invitation to slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and create a little more space for peace, presence, and joy as you move into the holiday season. Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and ready to enter the season with intention.
