Get down dog with us, or just cuddle! No adoptions or yoga required! Play & Puppy Pose with Us @ Mindful Yoga & Wellness! Class starts at 11am, be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in. The lesson is 45 minutes long with lots of puppy love. You will have time after class to take the perfect pictures, play and fill out paperwork if you find a new family member at class! ✨Exercise & Adoptions Are Optional✨ Sign our waiver HERE! before attending!
