SoulSpace: Gathered in Gratitude

Cultivating an Attitude of Gratitude As Thanksgiving approaches, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and appreciate the blessings in our lives, both big and small. Join us for a heartwarming SoulSpace gathering filled with gratitude, meaningful connections, a little laughter, and peaceful reflection. Through a special interactive activity, guided meditation, and the relaxing experience of Reiki, we’ll explore the beauty of thankfulness and discover how even the smallest moments can give us something to be grateful for. What to Expect: • A fun and uplifting group activity • A peaceful, gratitude-focused guided meditation • A relaxing mini group Reiki session • A thoughtful take-home gift No prior experience with meditation or Reiki is necessary. Everyone is welcome! Come with an open mind, leave with a grateful spirit. Sometimes, the greatest blessings are the ones we forget to notice.
