CourtSide Theory Cardio Tennis is back with our 2-hour format built around movement, energy, and competitive play 🎾🔥 For this session, we’re switching things up a little. We’ll still have our usual high-paced cardio drills, but we’ll be putting a bigger focus on point play, serving, and live-ball situations as players get ready for the CourtSide Theory x HydraCourt Open the following weekend. Expect fast rotations, competitive games, plenty of live points, and a chance to get comfortable playing under pressure before tournament day. Low Intermediate level & up. Players will be grouped by level when needed. Come train, compete, and build community with us.
