Octave Wellness presents Read & Release, a wellness experience designed to help you reconnect with both your body and your mind. With support from our community partner, Self-ish Care Enterprise, we've taken reading parties to a whole new level!

We'll begin with 30 minutes of quiet reading before moving through a 40-minute mat Pilates class. Throughout the evening, you'll also experience reflective journaling before we close with light bites and refreshments. In a culture that constantly asks us to rush, Read & Release invites you to slow down. Through movement and mindfulness, this event was designed to encourage presence, restoration, and meaningful connection. Read: Guests are encouraged to bring Octave’s Book of the Month, The Art of Loving You by Natasha Bishop, or any book they’re currently reading. E-books, audiobooks, and physical books are all welcome. Release: Arrive in comfortable athleisure that allows you to move freely. Pilates mats will be provided.
