About the Class: Ciao! Are you ready to make two of the most popular Italian dishes? In this class we are going to learn how to make Gnocchi di Patate all’Amatriciana, a light, tender potato gnocchi paired with a traditional sauce featuring guanciale, tomatoes, Pecorino Romano, and a touch of chili. We’ll then prepare Tagliata di Manzo, a beautifully seared beef steak sliced and served with fresh arugula, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, and extra-virgin olive oil. Participants will learn techniques for achieving a perfectly handmade gnochhi, seared steak, proper resting, and presentation. Please bring a to go container for any leftovers. The parking rule changes right at 6pm, so we encourage arriving a little early to ensure you are parked on the correct side before class starts.
