Italian Cooking Class: Zucca & Ricotta Ravioli w/ Crema al Limone

About the Class: Ciao! Are you ready to make two of the most popular Italian dishes? In this class we are going to learn how to make handmade Zucca e Ricotta with butter and sage, completely from scratch. We'll explore the art of making fresh pasta dough, preparing a delicious pumpkin ricotta filling to stuff, seal and shape our ricotta. We will then finish the ravioli in a sage butter sauce for the perfect italin touch. We will end the night making Crema al Limone: a bright creamy lemon custard dessert. Come ready to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Please bring a to go container for any leftovers. The parking rule changes right at 6pm, so we encourage arriving a little early to ensure you are parked on the correct side before class starts.
