This week, experience the foundations of Classical Mat Pilates led by Laura of Bare Fitness Pilates. Through intentional movement and mindful instruction, you'll strengthen your core, improve flexibility, build stability, and leave feeling energized and refreshed. Attire Palette: Pink & Purple Whether you're new to Pilates or have an established practice, this welcoming class is designed for all experience levels. Come move your body, connect with others, and enjoy an inspiring evening surrounded by lush greenery in the Wesleaf studio.
