In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef will prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. You’ll then dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Enjoy the signature dish at the end of class, and take home your own culinary creation to continue your meal at home. About this Dish: Fresh and fun, Pasta Verde is made by adding blended spinach to classic egg pasta dough for a bright green color – perfect to prepare with kids. This recipe adds citrusy lemon and rich cream for a zesty, bright final result that’s perfect for summer entertaining. In this Class You Will: • Learn about the traditions and culture of fresh pasta • Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Pasta Verde and the perfectly paired sauce • Make your own Tagliatelle Verde from scratch by hand • Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, and Tagliatelle Verde al Limone prepared by our Chef alongside a wine pairing Please Note: • One ticket purchase is valid for one guest • Seating is first-come, first-served • Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes • All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available. • Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult. • Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. We do not offer refunds for classes or events. If you're booking for a group of 5–10 guests, you must give us at least 7 days’ notice (not including the day of the class) to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future La Scuola class or event. For groups of 1–4 guests, a minimum of 4 days’ notice is required (again, not including the class day) to receive a credit for a future class or event. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided and offer either a full refund or a credit for a future class. Please note that we cannot offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other situations beyond your control. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place if you can no longer attend. If you're purchasing this class or event as a gift, please make sure the recipient is aware of this policy, as it still applies. Credits issued for La Scuola events can only be used toward future La Scuola events and cannot be applied toward other Eataly events, store purchases, or Eataly gift cards.
