Lorraine approaches Ayurveda not as a set of rigid rules, but as a living system—one that honors daily rhythm, personal constitution, and the intelligence of the body over time. Ayurveda entered Lorraine’s life through both formal study and lived experience, shaped by ongoing inquiry and integration. Her teaching is practical and accessible, emphasizing foundational understanding and lifestyle awareness rather than diagnosis or prescription. She teaches Ayurveda because she has seen how small, informed shifts in daily living create lasting change, guiding students to build a real relationship with the teachings—not just gather information. no refunds
