Join me in Sherwood Island Park for a beautiful sunset sound bath for no cost to you. **THIS IS THE NEW RESCHEDULED DATE FROM THE STORM ON 9/25 Attendees can expect light breath work followed by a sound bath predominantly using frosted crystal bowls, soothing chimes, and a drum. Whether you're new to sound baths or a seasoned pro, this in-person session is the perfect way to unwind, rewire your nervous system, and connect with nature's rhythm. Please bring a beach towel to lie on, a blanket or sweater incase it gets chilly, and anything else you might need to feel comfortable.
