Join Groovy Lotus at beautiful Heckscher Park in Huntington for our Fall Strong outdoor series. Choose from traditional Yoga, energizing Yoga Sculpt and our gentler Sunday Slowdown experiences. Thursday, October 15 • 6:00 PM — Yoga Sculpt Yoga meets strength and toning for an energizing full-body practice. Thursday, October 29 • 6:00 PM — Yoga Sculpt One more evening fall flow before we turn the clocks back! Saturday, November 7 • 12:00 PM — Sunday Slowdown-style gentle practice Slow down, stretch, breathe and restore. Saturday, November 14 • 12:00 PM — Sunday Slowdown-style gentle practice A peaceful late-fall reset surrounded by nature. 🪷 ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME You do not have to be flexible. You don't need to know the poses. And you definitely don't need fancy yoga clothes. Each class is designed to be welcoming and adaptable, with options throughout the practice so you can make it your own. Expect movement, music, breathwork, positive affirmations, a little Groovy Lotus fun and plenty of beautiful fall energy. 🍂 DRESS FOR FALL! Outdoor yoga in October and November is wonderful—but fall weather can change quickly. Wear comfortable layers that you can easily take off as you warm up.
