Meet me at the park for a FREE 45 min yoga class root deeply and soar high. Find self to free your spirit. All levels welcomed! Think of this class as an intro to yoga! 5-10 minute guided breathing exercise to clear your mind. A gentle, fluid flow with modifications offered for every body. A blissful, extended Savasana. What to Bring: A comfortable yoga mat. A water bottle. Grass may be wet so a towel will be useful. And an open mind! Through Karma Yoga Circle
