A 3 hour engaging birth prep class for moms and their support person to help prepare for a safe end educated labor and delivery. Join Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists Laura Hendricks PT, DPT, PRPC, and Meghan Lottes PT, DPT for a fun, interactive 3-hour birth prep class designed for moms who are 26 weeks pregnant or more. Learn practical stretching, breathing techniques, labor positions, pushing strategies, partner support, and postpartum recovery tips through hands-on instruction. You will leave feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered for birth. Support people are encouraged to attend.
