Navigating IVF and fertility treatments can be an emotional, physical, and deeply personal journey. This therapist-led support group offers a safe, compassionate space for women to process the highs and lows, feel understood, and connect with others who truly get it. At Glow Counseling, we believe in creating an environment that feels both supportive and grounding. This intimate 6-person group is intentionally designed to foster meaningful connection, allowing each participant the space to be seen, heard, and supported without feeling overwhelmed. Throughout the group, you can expect gentle guidance, open conversation, and practical tools to help you cope with stress, uncertainty, and the emotional complexity that often comes with fertility treatment. We’ll explore topics such as emotional regulation, decision fatigue, relationship dynamics, and maintaining a sense of self throughout the process. Whether you’re just beginning your IVF journey or are further along, this group is here to meet you where you are, with empathy, understanding, and care.
