Take a break from the chaos and join HOTWORX Ronkonkoma for an evening focused on movement, wellness and fun. Whether you’re already a HOTWORX member or curious about trying it for the first time, you’re invited—and members are encouraged to bring a friend! What to expect: • Free optional 15-minute HOTWORX HIIT sessions featuring Cycle, Blast and Thunder • A studio tour and introduction to the HOTWORX experience • Opportunities to earn raffle entries • Time to meet our team, ask questions and learn how HOTWORX can fit into your routine Please wear comfortable workout clothing and bring water if you plan to participate in a session. Space in each HIIT session is limited, so advance registration is encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome as availability allows. This event is free and open to members and non-members.
