The 2nd Gen Family Business Networking Event

Join The 2nd Gen Networking Forum bringing businesses together to navigate succession, ownership, wealth and the Future. Welcome to The 2nd Gen Family Business Networking Event! The 2nd Gen Family Business Networking Event brings together second-, third- and multigenerational family businesses from Long Island and Queens for a morning focused on the challenges and opportunities that come with passing a business from one generation to the next. Hosted by 2nd Gen co-founders Lisa Mirabile and Mark Basile, the event will explore the real questions families face around succession, business valuation, ownership, wealth, leadership and preparing the next generation. Guests will hear from experienced business leaders and professionals, participate in candid conversations about family business transitions, and connect with other family business owners navigating similar challenges. This is more than a networking event. It’s an opportunity to build relationships, gain practical insight and start the conversations that can help shape the next chapter of your family business. Join us November 10, 2026, for the inaugural 2nd Gen Family Business Networking Event.
