Pour Into You: Yoga + Self-Care

An afternoon for expecting and postpartum moms to slow down, move, breathe, connect, and pour back into themselves. You pour into everyone else. This time, we’re creating space for you. 🤎 Building the Birth Village invites expecting and postpartum moms to Pour Into You, an afternoon centered around movement, self-care, connection, and community. 📍 Maricopa, AZ — near Porter Rd & Casa Grande Hwy Exact location and arrival instructions will be provided after registration. We’ll begin with a 45-minute, beginner-friendly yoga session, followed by a 20–25 minute guided self-care experience designed to help you slow down, check in with yourself, and think about what you need in this season of life. We’ll end with time to connect, enjoy light snacks, and simply be in community with other women. No yoga experience is needed. Please bring your own yoga mat and come as you are. 🤎 Pouring Back Into Our Village Building the Birth Village is about more than gathering together — we want to create a community that can truly support families when they need it. A portion of the funds raised through this event will be set aside to support future Birth Village community-giving efforts, such as helping expecting and postpartum moms with needed items and resources, contributing toward doula support, sponsoring moms who may not otherwise be able to attend our events, and other ways of supporting families in our community. By choosing the ticket amount that works for you — or giving a little extra if you’re able — you’re not only pouring into yourself, you’re helping us pour into another mom, too. 🤎
