Yoga in the Trees at Spring Grove Nursery

Fall yoga benefiting adults with disabilities at Spring Grove Nursery Rain or Shine! The summer solstice yoga at Spring Grove was so much fun; they decided it needs to happen every season! Spring Grove Nursery is thrilled to partner with Illinois Valley Industries and Maureen Keegan to bring you a fall yoga experience in the trees among the beauty of fall colors. Illinois Valley Industries provides support and guidance to adults with intellectual, developmental, emotional, sensory, and physical barriers. IVI helps people participate in their community, live independently, contribute to society and enhance the quality of their lives. All proceeds collected from the event support IVI Wellness Programming. Yoga will be led by a local favorite, Maureen Keegan. She is one of the BEST yoga instructors around, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the farm to share her practice with everyone. Light refreshments will be available after yoga. You are welcome to bring your own goodies and hang out afterward for a bonfire. Come move, unwind, and support a great cause!
