Meet us at The Garden (1331 Ashley River Rd) at 11am for class, drinks, & yaps! Just because it’s fall doesn’t mean things won’t get spicy! This 45-minute weighted HIIT workout will focus on strength and endurance with a mix of dynamic, high-energy movements — perfect for all fitness levels. All you need to bring is a water bottle and a towel, we’ll take care of the rest! Spots are limited to 40, so be sure to book your spot early! We’re so excited to sweat it out with you — and the fun doesn’t stop after class! Stick around with us at the bar for some post-workout drinks and hangs. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in!
