A therapeutic retreat that provides a space for you to release and process your grief while also honoring your loss. As the holidays approach, grief for many becomes overwhelming. We are holding space for 10 individuals to explore and process their grief, while also honoring their loss. Mid-day we will go to a local water way to complete a grief exercise. A full schedule of the day will be provided upon signing up. This retreat will provide release, honor, and healing. 6 hours of therapy for less than 1 hour of therapy! Let's catch your second wind!
