Move for Your Mind 💙 Come embrace World Mental Health Day with us and the lululemon community in Charleston! Our King Street and Mount Pleasant locations are partnering to create a morning centered around movement, mindfulness, connection, and mental well-being. You can join us for one portion of the morning or both! 🧘‍♀️ 8:00–8:45 AM | Mental Health-Focused Class at The Works Start your morning with a calming, intentional movement class at The Works Renew in Mount Pleasant, designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. This class will focus on movement and mindfulness as tools to support your mental well-being. The class is a separate paid experience and requires registration through The Works. 🚶‍♀️ 9:00–9:45 AM | Community Walk Meet us for a free community walk hosted by Sunset Social Charleston with the lululemon Charleston community and ambassadors. This portion is open to everyone whether you joined us for the class or are coming just for the walk! Come move, connect, meet new people, and take a little time for yourself. You can: • Sign up for the paid class at The Works and join us for the walk afterward • Skip the class and join us for the free walk at 9 AM • Bring a friend and come be part of the Charleston lululemon community Let’s take a morning to prioritize our mental health, move together, and remind ourselves that we don’t have to do it alone.
