Support Group for Women with Autoimmune Disease

Do you ever wish your struggles with chronic illness could be shared with people who actually “get it?” That’s why I am offering this group! Connect with a community of women with similar lived experiences to feel validated and not so alone. Sometimes illness is “invisible” to others, so we may feel judged, misunderstood, or inadequate. I am offering a space to be heard and understood. To decompress, relax, and externalize stress, worry and complications of living with autoimmunity. Guided imagery, breathwork, and nervous system regulation will be incorporated, along with simple artistic exploration. You are welcome to engage in this group to whatever degree you feel comfortable. I hope you can join me. This support group requires completion of a basic background questionnaire and informed consent forms after registration. This is not a psychotherapy group.
