The Flock by Birdsong

A Birdsong community rooted in physical training, mental clarity, and soulful restoration. Join us every first Sunday at 8:00am at Birdsong. We begin with a brief devotional to ground our minds and set our intentions, then warm up and job to the track for a group workout. We return to Birdsong for cooldown and mobility, leaving stronger in body, clearer in mind, and connected in spirit. The Flock is segmented from recreational movements and electric athletic performance. We welcome walkers, first-time runners, experienced athletes, and people who simply need space to breathe. Nobody should feel they have to earn their place in The Flock. A fellowship rooted in faith, built through movement, and restored together.
