Unwind with a free, in-person yin yoga session at Mount Pleasant Library and give your Tuesday night a fresh start. Your nervous system called… it wants an evening off. 🕯️🌿 Join us for a cozy, restorative evening of yin yoga designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and take a much-needed break from the constant go-go-go. Unlike fast-paced yoga classes, yin invites you to slow down through longer-held, supported stretches, intentional breathing, and moments of stillness. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply craving an evening of peace, this beginner-friendly class is a welcoming space to unwind, reset, and reconnect.
