A Present, Before the Holidays

Pause before the holiday rush with an afternoon of yoga, reflection, relaxation and meditation. Leave calmer, clearer and more intentional The holiday season can bring a lot of joy — and also a lot of expectations, obligations, and noise. This workshop is a chance to pause before the season gets into full swing and get clear on what you want the holidays to look and feel like this year. We'll begin with a restorative yoga practice to help you settle in and create some space. From there, we'll move into guided reflection and conversation on where you want to give your time and energy, what you want to prioritize, and the intentions you want to carry into the season. We'll close with a guided meditation, so you leave feeling grounded, clear, and ready to move through the holidays with more ease — rather than just getting swept along by them.
