Follow us on Instagram for live updates or visit our website for more info. QC Fitness Games is an active community in Charlotte hosting a truly unique, gamified workout class every Sunday. Lead by a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, these HIIT-style classes introduce a game element to the workout (think adult gym class meets crossfit). All fitness levels are welcome and we love seeing new faces join our community! Whether you're looking for a way to start getting active, a fun accessory to your current fitness journey, or just want to meet or hang out with like-minded individuals, than QC Fitness Games is for you.
