Sound bath series at the Fralin Museum of Art Led by wellbeing expert and soundbath artist, Karianne Michelle. Sanctuary Sounds is a free and open to all program bringing people and art together, activating the museum space while activating our senses. Wellbeing expert and soundbath artist, Karianne Michelle, guides participants through a 50-minute vocalization and crystal bowl soundmeditation designed to cultivate deep listening, invite calm, and create space for self-reflection amid the museum's inspiring collection. Each session blends the healing power of sound with the contemplative experience of art through different meditation modalities, stepping away from stress and reconnecting with ourselves.
