Join us for a full HYROX simulation (singles & doubles) at Fitness Central Downtown. A full HYROX race consists of eight 1-kilometer runs, each followed by one functional workout station, totaling 8 km of running and 8 workouts. • 1 km Run • 1,000m SkiErg • 1 km Run • 50m Sled Push (weight depends on division) • 1 km Run • 50m Sled Pull (weight depends on division) • 1 km Run • 80m Burpee Broad Jumps • 1 km Run • 1,000m Row • 1 km Run • 200m Farmers Carry • 1 km Run • 100m Sandbag Lunges • 1 km Run • 100 Wall Balls (75 for some divisions) Please make sure to purchase the correct time slot when selecting a ticket.
