Join Maurice Archer for a four-week outdoor breaking session designed for young people Over four Wednesday evenings, students will learn the foundations of breakdancing while developing rhythm, coordination, strength, creativity and confidence. This isn't just about learning dance steps. Breaking gives young people a way to move, express themselves, challenge themselves and discover their own style. THE FOUR-WEEK JOURNEY WEEK 1 — FOUNDATION Build your foundation through rhythm, groove, footwork and the fundamentals of breaking. WEEK 2 — POWER Develop body control, coordination, strength and dynamic movement. WEEK 3 — STYLE Explore musicality, creativity, individuality and freestyle. WEEK 4 — CYPHER Put it all together and experience the energy, creativity and community of the cipher.
