The Social Transformation Research Collaborative (STRC) sponsors an annual symposium showcasing short research presentations by our faculty and student fellows. In addition, we have invited three exciting speakers: Dr. C. Ondine Chavoya (speaking about revolutionary Chicanx art group ASCO); Dr. Sarah Lewis (on her new photography exhibition, "If Emmett Till Lived"); and Fatimah Ashgar, who will discuss her novels, poetry, and screenwriting work.
