Guided Breathwork with Reiki Drumming and Peruvian Flute Meditation

Relax and breathe deep as you are guided through breathwork exercises and activation through rhythmic beats. This experience blends the profound inner journey of breathwork with the grounding and clearing vibrations of sacred close body, Reiki drumming, creating a container where the body can release tension, the mind can quiet, and the spirit can reconnect with its natural state of peace. Breathwork is a potent and powerful healing modality. Through conscious breathing, many people experience profound emotional and energetic shifts. Breathwork can: • Release stress and anxiety • Help process grief and stored emotions • Improve sleep and relaxation • Act as a natural analgesic • Open access to higher states of consciousness • Quiet the mind and shift mental patterns • Allow you to experience deep peace and clarity Attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, or anything you need to be comfortable lying down most of the session.
