Awaken Your Aliveness: A Women’s Workshop in Feminine Embodiment

The Menopause Retreat and Owning the Pause host Shari Adler on an in-person journey to empower your sensuality and inner goddess! What if feeling more alive isn’t about doing more, but about reconnecting with what’s already within you? In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore how hormonal changes, stress, the nervous system, relationships, and the demands of everyday life can shape our energy, desire, connection, and sense of pleasure. Through simple, embodied practices including breath, movement, mindfulness, playfulness, and connection, you’ll discover ways to slow down, get out of your head, reconnect with your body, and awaken the energy that makes you feel vibrant, curious, connected, and fully alive. Drawing gently from Tantric and somatic practices, we’ll explore the connection between breath, presence, sensuality, and life force energy. It's not as something you need to find outside yourself, but as something you can cultivate and access within. Come with curiosity. Leave feeling more connected to yourself, your energy, and the parts of you that are ready to come alive again. No experience or particular comfort level required. Wear comfortable clothes and come exactly as you are.
