Join us at NuLife Fitness Camp for The Yoga Club: Friendship Flow—stretch, flow, Bring a friend, make a friend and have some fun - Ages 7-11 The Yoga Club : Friendship Flow at NuLife Fitness Camp Bring a friend, make a friend, or come as you are! Friendship Flow is a yoga class built for kids and their friends, part of The Yoga Club City Tour. We'll talk about what makes a good friend, then put it into practice with partner games, partner poses, and friendship bracelets to take home - ages 7-11 What kids will learn: Simple breathing techniques and mindfulness tools they can use anywhere to stay calm, focused, and confident. Each class also explores a life-skills theme. This one is friendship: how to be a good teammate, how to support each other, and how to show up as your best self with the people who matter. What kids will do: • Start with breathwork and a gentle yoga warm-up • Join a short group discussion on the importance of friendship • Move through partner poses and interactive games that bring the theme to life • Make a friendship bracelet to share or keep • Settle into a mindfulness activity and close with relaxation or guided imagery Why this class is awesome: It supports the whole child: body, mind, and friendships. Movement builds strength and flexibility, mindfulness builds focus and emotional regulation, and partner activities strengthen the bonds between friends. Kids leave feeling empowered, balanced, and inspired, with tools to carry into school, home, and every friendship. What to bring: Comfy clothes and a water bottle. Mats and all materials are provided.
