Sometimes the best way to start a new week is to slow down first. Join other families with little ones for a relaxed afternoon of movement, creativity, snacks, and connection as we take a moment to recharge together. Enjoy kid-friendly yoga led by Happy Me Kids Yoga, a hands-on activity, and light snacks before gathering for havdallah, the Jewish ritual that marks the transition from Shabbat, the Jewish day of rest, into a new week. Whether havdallah is part of your family’s rhythm or you’re curious to experience it together, this is a chance to pause and breathe.
