Restore Outdoors ~ Yoga Day Retreat

An afternoon for reflection on this season of your life through nature, art, sensory awareness, and movement surrounded by autumn colors. Join northeast Ohio based yoga and wellness instructor, Sarah Waite of YouBloom LLC, for a soul-nourishing day in the heart of Brecksville Reservation. Participants of the retreat will take part in a balance of intentionally curated activities and downtime in nature. This retreat is welcome to all, but may be especially insightful for those looking for a time of creativity and reflection on this current season of life.
