1st Wednesday Monthly 10:00 - 11:00 AM The Still Hour is a time to pause, slow down and turn inwardly. There is a place beneath the noise, beneath the doing, beneath the constant movement of the mind. Each month, you’ll be gently guided inward through visualization, followed by a shared field of silence. These guided transmissions are experienced not only individually, but within the subtle connection of the group. The invitation is to get cozy. Leave the outside world at the door for 60 minutes. We will have a Tea that will be blended specifically for the group. Time to reflect either in our journals or with each other before heading back out into the day. This offering is for you. To be. To rest. To recharge.
