Serenity Saturdays- Food Is Medicine Mobile

A free family wellness series with cooking demos, food tastings, fresh produce, farm activities, arts, culture and community resources. Serenity Saturdays is a free, family-centered wellness series presented by Food Is Medicine Mobile at Hood Honey Farms. Beginning Saturday, September 26, families are invited to slow down, reconnect, and experience wellness through food, culture, creativity, and community. Each Saturday will feature a hands-on cooking demonstration, healthy food tastings, fresh produce, arts and cultural activities, mental and behavioral wellness experiences, local vendors, and educational community resources. This series is designed for all ages. Whether you come to learn a new recipe, explore the farm, connect with helpful organizations, or simply enjoy a peaceful evening with your family, there will be something meaningful for everyone.
